I went there for a haircut, which they always do a great job no matter which one does the cut. For the past two or three years.
today, they asked to trim my beard and I said OK for a trim.
he basically cut it off and I have been working on it for about six months. it's my fault a huge communication problem.
I'm sorry, but I was born and raised here and feel that I should not have to know Spanish to communicate.
I would've never have complained about something at all ever because normally it's not something I would worry about, but when I looked in the mirror, I was so pissed off.

Excellent shop. Clean, friendly, very affordable and all of the barbers are very knowledgeable. My husband and son have both said they have gotten the best haircuts there. My son showed them a picture and they said no problem! It looked amazing. Bring cash, or they have an atm.
