While preparing my property to be used for a vacation rental, Candace and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Not only did they help identify things that I needed to add to the home, but the changes to make within it as well. The initial clean was above and beyond. I will recommend ACC to everyone!! Affordable, communicative, friendly, hard-working, and overall very respectable company.

Very lovely ladies to do business with! I had hired them to do a move out cleaning, and they were VERY flexible with my schedule, and answered all my questions immediately. They seemed very knowledgeable on how to handle Rental Clean-Out requirements and even brought a printed-out to-do list that I sent them from the Lease Agreement to follow! I will say, they did miss a few items in the master bedroom and bathroom, but after they left, they had a phone call survey with the supervisor, and we quickly agreed on a time to come and fix the missed spots!
