Our HVAC unit went out this winter and it was near freezing temperatures. I called Land N Sea and when Austin answered the phone he was very professional and was so knowledgeable was able to diagnose the problem with the symptoms I told him, He made time to come the next morning to access the problem. Fortunately it was an easy fix and he had a replacement part on his truck. Austin was so professional and cheerful and as knowledgeable as they come. I will be recommending Land N Sea to all of my friends and family!
Austin is awesome. We had one company come out and they couldn't fix our AC after four tries over three weeks. Finally Land & Sea came to our home and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. We've had no issues since.
