“They re-sided my house. I would hire them again in a flash. The entire experience from talking to receptionist( very friendly) to meeting with Mr. Jones( friendly, on time & great follow up)to actual work performed was exceptional. After Hurricane Florence & 3 attempts to get help re-siding my house(ind would show up, say they'd get back w/ an estimate & never did), I can say that all appts were kept, calls returned and they got the job done at a reasonable price. They also take on smaller jobs around the house. I'm making a list!“

At 7:15 am the following morning, the dream team from Genesis Custom Construction was at work making sure that we were dried in, eliminating any worry that we would suffer additional damage from the next storm scheduled to arrive two days later. They had their work cut out for them, we had SEVERE roof damage in addition to several broken windows. They even answer their phones and call you back, unlike many others. Their evaluation was very accurate and the estimates for the work were close to our expectations and reasonable. They scheduled the work and we were kept informed of their progress every step of the way. Their crews are very energetic, respectful, and hard-working. They even worked on the weekend to finish up one of our projects. We not only had the asphalt shingles replaced with a longer-lasting metal roof, we also had some skylights replaced and new gutters installed. “Recently had plumbing back up in my house and my husband and I tried everything to fix this ourselves. After running into a brick wall for answers, we reached out to Facebook for help from friends. JP was the first person to reach out and help us trouble shoot our issue. He not only came over to help troubleshoot, but he stayed and helped until after 9pm in the cold to try to resolve the matter. It came to a point to stop for the evening but even with a storm approaching he was right back out in the early morning to fix the issue. JP and my husband worked together to resolve the plumbing issue before the storm hit. We could not have done this without JP. We appreciate his help, expertise and willingness to get the job done quickly so we weren’t without plumbing to our home any longer. Top Notch guy and Company.“
