“This review is way overdue. Hickory Grove Animal Hospital is where I've been taking my senior cat, Pudge since we moved to the area. I'm fortunate enough it's only about a 3-minute drive from where I live. The staff and doctors are so good to my Pudge. They do a fantastic job with everything. They're also great with the people. They discovered that Pudge had hyperthyroidism. She also needed her teeth cleaned and some pulled. Every interaction I had, which has been quite a few, has been a good one. All the staff and doctors are friendly and patient in answering any questions and concerns. They've been the best vet I've ever been to so far.“

“I would highly recommend Animal Eye Clinic for your pets needs. It was extremely easy to book an appointment and be seen quickly, schedule surgery quickly and follow up quickly. My dog recently had surgery and everything was handled so well and professionally from check in, to meeting with Pam who was so kind and caring. Our dog has complex medical history and she listened to all my concerns regarding his emergency medications, asked questions, wrote notes this is the first time in any clinic our dogs needs were taken this seriously and it made me feel that much more comfortable! I believe it was Kim who was with my dog during the day of surgery and gave me all the discharge information was so kind and caring and I could tell actually spent time with my dog during the day! And last but not least, Dr Francis, your bedside manner is 100%, so happy we found you and will continue to recommend to anyone we know!“

“My Boston Terrier’s are existing patients for several months and have experienced nothing short of wonderful service. All of the Veterinarians and Techs are caring , loving and listen to you regarding concerns and provide clear discharge instructions. The ONLY ISSUE-MAJOR ISSUE I have is with a newer employee “Ashley”. She is beyond rude, when you ask a question regarding one of my pets, she will cut me off mid-sentence and won’t listen to the question at hand. When I try to stop her so she can hear my question she becomes ignorant and snippy. When coming to the clinic I dread seeing her at the front desk, she exudes an uncomfortable oura to me that is unacceptable. She is rude not only verbally, even texting she seems to dance around questions asked. VERY rarely do I post a negative review however this needs to addressed and remediated as I do not want other clients get treated the same way.“

“I've been taking my great dane to Vet-REC for almost 2 years. He'll be 11 in December, and I attribute his long life to their care. Each week, he receives hydro, laser, and acupuncture treatments. They are patient and take the time to help you understand the treatment for your pet and so you feel comfortable. Everyone who works here is so kind and caring, and they treat your pets as if they were their own. From the office staff to Dr. Newnan, everyone is professional, thoughtful and helpful. I cannot recommend the entire team enough!“

“We very recently had to put our kitty, Toby, to sleep. He had been sick with different diseases and Dr. Wolf and staff were always available to help me with whatever Toby needed. When that time came, we couldn't have asked for a more loving send off for Toby. As hard as it was for us, they handled him very gently and it was very peaceful for him which is what we wanted. He literally just went to sleep. We have been going there for 15+ yrs. and they have taken care of many of our babies, including the three we still have. I cannot imagine anyone else besides Dr. Wolf taking care our babies.“

“I don’t even know where to begin explaining how wonderful the staff and Drs there are. My Desi, a 3 lb Yorki was attacked by the neighbors 90lb pit bull. We rushed him there where he received immediate life saving care. The level of compassion and care is absolutely unmatched. They went above and beyond for my boy, like he was their own.
