Problem came later when found out they were not in our network with our dental insurance which makes a big difference in how much insurance pays on claims. When I called to schedule our initial appointments for my hubby and I, I made sure they took our insurance. The office staff needs to make a point of advising patients that their dental office is not in the network for their insurance. Office staff even told me that they forget to tell patients when making their initial appointments when I later found the office was not in my network with my insurance plan.“

After dealing with ongoing pain from a filling done elsewhere—and multiple visits back to the original dentist with no real resolution—I decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did.
