“My husband and I were able to get in quickly and had wonderful new patient appointments today. I need to disclose that I am a very anxious dental patient; my husband is not. Melissa is delightful and helped us get appointments scheduled and guided us in getting paperwork filled out, etc. Shawna is an excellent hygienist who is very in tune with her patients, attentive, and put me at ease. Dr. Rowland made me feel very comfortable as well and I appreciated her advice and attention to any concerns that I shared. To top it off, the office atmosphere and decor is inviting. We feel fortunate to have found 4 Seasons Dental!“

“I have been going here since 2019 as recommended by a periodontist. My teeth have gotten so bad I can't look at an apple pie without getting a cavity. Dr. Morgan doesn't rush and he does the job right. I have lost a lot of trust with dentists for many reasons, but I feel good about going here. All of the staff is nice, and the pricing is fair. The dentist I went to before would be in and out of the room like the Lone Ranger, leaving me with unanswered questions, leaving me to ask myself, "who was that masked man?" My questions, and I have a lot, are answered here. The staff is patient with me since half the time I call them as much as my mother when I have a concern.“

“5/18/21, This was written months ago but apparently never posted, the last paragraph is now and I’ve changed this from 3 stars to five because of the new office manager!:It’s been a year this month since I had my teeth pulled and started my journey toward well crafted dentures. I am frustrated today bec my denture is still chafing my cheek and does not stay in place as well as my temp ones. We paid for the 2nd best ones and my expectation is that they should fit at least as well as the temp ones. I am so thankful fir Heather, she has been completely understanding and helpful, but until you wear, and eat you really can’t know if it’s a fit! 5 min in the chair is not evidence that it’s a fit. I was disappointed that Iwhen I called to report that they are still cutting my gum and giving me a sore throat and falling out that I could not get an appointment for 17 days!There is a 100 day warranty, but over 1/2 the time I’ve had them I wasn’t able to wear them. I was either waiting for an appt or they told me not to wear them until the gums healed while rinsing with salt water and wearing my temp one. I am hoping they will reline the temp one as I’ve used it more than the permanent and it’s wearing down now. As I live 1 1/4 hrs away I think maybe there is a better solution to the problem. I have a sneaking suspicion that the gal who took the imprint and who has always been the receptionist was not well enough trained to be having the responsibility for doing something so costly and hopefully permanent as my dentures. We are retired and I had to choose between hearing aids or dentures and I need them to fit? I don’t want to feel like a victim, as I do today. Please. Thank you, Sharon Small PLEASE SEE BELOW!WAIT!!!! On 5/13/21 I had an appt to get a hole in my denture fixed and it was seemingly under new management! When I made the appt a young man answered and was so efficient sounding and wanting to get me in ASAP!!! Then when I had my appt and met him at the counter I was so impressed with him! He was friendly as well as efficient and for once I didn’t feel like an intrusion at the office! I got Heather, PTL, who is the best, and makes me feel like nothing is too hard to fix. (Brook is also very good.) Thank you so much for getting things fixed up there so I can recommend you to others now.Much later, July 28, ‘21, I can’t say enough about Heather, she always checks my mouth so she can see the irritated area and know where to adjust my denture. She greets me like an old friend and makes everything ok. I am so thankful for her.Much later, 5/23/22. Was having discomfort with my dentures. Heather calmed my fears, answered my questions and tweaked my dentures in just a matter of minutes. I am so thankful for her. She deserves a raise❤️“

They got my son in for an emergency tooth removal on a days notice, and he was very relaxed the whole time even though it was his first procedure. There is a tv on the ceiling that they can watch while getting work done. Love this place.“
