My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent. The staff were competent, well trained, yet conversational, Dr. Ayala explained things clearly and understandably. Megan explained the potential cost in great detail and took all the time I needed to make it clear to me. Thank you to all of you from front desk to technicians and Dr.

When I made my appt over the phone I requested a basic preventative care appt which in my past has included X-rays, cleaning and an exam by the dentist. The day before my visit I had to confirm my appt and was informed that the hygienist was too busy and would just be doing an evaluation. The reception staff , x- ray tech were very friendly and professional. After the dentist looked at my x-rays he took a very brief look in my mouth and said he was going to refer my to a periodontist. I get there. 15 minutes before my appointment almost 45 minutes after my appointment I was going in..They hurt me , with the instruments of X ray five day later paying disappeared; during the inspection they poked me with some sort of needle stuff… and they didn’t give me nothing to speak the word expecting for me to swallow my own blood, and I even have to get up to get a tissue paper to clean my mouth. And the reason why I’m doing these review is because you guys being insisting to let them know how they did it. Therefore I don’t planning to go back there.; I never asked for free stuff.
