To my relief, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment to assess the situation promptly. One of the most remarkable aspects of my visit was the level of care and attention to detail that Dr. White provided. During the initial appointment, he carefully examined the broken crown and presented me with a range of options for repair. His calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease, especially since dental issues can be anxiety-inducing for many. When it came time for the actual procedure to fix the crown, Dr. White's expertise truly shone. He ensured that the entire process was pain-free, which was a huge relief for me. Throughout the procedure, he took the time to explain each step, making me feel informed and comfortable throughout. I also want to commend Dr. White's assistant, Melissa. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and her support during the procedure was invaluable. Together, Dr. White and Melissa make an excellent team, and their calming presence in the dental office is undoubtedly appreciated by their patients. What truly impressed me was Dr. White's thoroughness. While working on my dental issue, he discovered that one of my implants was loose and required immediate attention. Without hesitation, he squeezed me in for an appointment the next day. Not only did he tighten the loose implant, but he also corrected its positioning, preventing a potential breakage issue down the road. This level of proactive care and attention to detail speaks volumes about Dr. White's commitment to his patients' well-being. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. John White and his team in Asheville was outstanding. “I went in because my tooth had chipped. My previous dentist said we would have to pull it, so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sullens FIXED MY TOOTH, and in nearly a year, I have had absolutely no problems with it. She also filled three other teeth, and she did a great job, with NO PAIN during the procedures. She was very nice and professional and explained everything she was doing. To be absolutely honest, my dental experience with Dr. Sullens is the BEST I have ever had! Yes, she does handle several patients at a time, but I did not find that offputting at all, because the place runs like clockwork. I found the entire staff very friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful. When I had questions about my insurance, the front desk person went out of her way to print everything that I could not see in my BCBS dental insurance portal. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Sullens and her entire staff, and for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist.“

“1. In the removal of 6 teeth, I found the dentist, Dr. Davis, to have an unsatisfactory manner in removing my teeth. I have had several teeth removed over the past 40 years and I never had the pain I experienced that day. I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone.2. However I can praise the ladies up front with excellence and professional behavior. I have never had such patient and excellent service that was provided me, especially Marsha. I will give them the five star for their excellent work. These two ladies need to be paid alot more than the dentist.“
