As a former professional dancer, I tend to be highly critical of instructors but this experience exceeded any of my expectations. Laney could spot every compensation or substitution my body tried to pull and cued and reduced resistance and repeated until I got it right. The session wasn’t a workout class but an exercise in movement efficiency and postural alignment. I left feeling taller and more balanced in my body. I highly recommend this studio.“

Truly I get grumpy if I can’t go at least 3 days a week lol I’ve never been into doing exercise but a few years after having my last baby decided I needed to do something & a friend recommended BK. I’ve never kept up with any kid of exercise as long as I have Pilates, and I’ve only ever been to BK. The instructors are challenging but give modifications if you need them, get to know the clients, correct form & are always coming up with new ways to challenge you. I know for a fact that I’ve never been stronger than I am now & am so grateful to BK! My fav instructors are Meredith, Kacie, Micayla & Abby but they’re truly all great!“

Now, quick PSA for my fellow members: if you’re parking in the “Families with Kids”/ “Expecting Mothers” spots but don’t actually have kids with you (just car seats as props ?)… do better!! Park in another area, the parking lot is huge, get those extra steps in, and save those spots for the parents and mamas-to-be who really need them. Let’s keep it honest and kind, people ?? ?“
