Bridget's approach to Pilates and physical therapy is very different from others. She has a personalized focus and endeavors to balance the body instead of just trying to provide a workout. She took me from needing injections in my knees every 6 months (and talking about knee replacement) to none at all for the last 3 years. I highly recommend her for PT and for Pilates.

Reviews
Bridget is very knowledgeable in the field and gave great recommendations on what you can do at home for an even faster recovery. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well trained and professional physical therapist!
Bridget is magic! Both of my sisters went to see Bridget at different times when they needed a physical therapist after their injuries. When I broke my ankle, I saw Bridget too. My pain and discomfort went from 80% to 30% after one session! The exercises she gave me were crucial for my healing and she taught me how to properly use the crutches.
I went back to her after I hurt my back at the gym. Again, every time I saw her I felt way better than I had coming in! She understands the human body so well, and she was able to identify what parts of my body were tightening up and causing me pain. When I had a question, I would message her and she would respond right away.
