A special shoutout to Angelina, who is truly amazing! From the moment you walk in, she makes everyone feel welcome and valued. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions. Her positive attitude and genuine care for members create such a great experience every time I visit.
If you’re looking for a fitness studio with effective workouts, a welcoming environment, and outstanding staff, I highly recommend HOTWORX Arboretum. Angelina goes above and beyond to make every member feel at home!“
“Visiting Charlotte and popped in for a class here! I took the coreFORMER class with Emily and she was great. I was new to this studio and hadn’t taken a Pilates class In a while. She gave me a great run down of how the class would go and also how they run their Pilates classes at this specific studio (because they’re also a little different!). She also kept a true eye on all class participants the entire duration of class and came over and helped provide form corrections and instruction clarifications which was SUPER helpful. As a former fitness instructor myself, I greatly appreciated these corrections and clarifications as they allow participants to get the most out of their workout, as well as reduce risk of injuries.“

4914 Old Sardis Rd C2, Charlotte“I have joined club pilates Strawberry hills for 6+ months now and I am so happy! I love the studio. It is a small studio with 12 reformers if I am not mistaken. The classes vary and give you great options. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the classes fun and motivating! They always help when a modification is needed. I have recently taken classes with Ro and I love her classes! She is fantastic and so is Stacey! Alise is an amazing instructor as well; especially for your first classes. She really teaches you how to do the exercises correctly without getting hurt. If you have doubts about Pilates don't! This location is fantastic. Just book an intro class. You will be happy you did!“

2108 South Blvd #202, Charlotte“I was looking for a Pilates studio that was more personable and catered better to women who were postpartum. I knew I needed a program that was more private due to classes being a bit more intense for my liking. I have never done Pilates before. My OB told me it's the best workout after having a baby. I researched for a bit and came across this studio. I didn't want do Club Pilates or anything like that place. So glad I pulled the trigger to going here and I live in fort mill. So, not a bad drive depending the time you go. Everyone there is so nice, accommodating, and it is a very relaxed atmosphere. My instructor Kathy is so sweet and amazing. Been seeing her for quite a few months now. Definitely recommend this place to everyone that wants to start out doing Pilates.“

The instructors are all SOOOO beyond kind, knowledgeable, professional, and upbeat. BK welcomes beginners and experts. I recommend this studio to anyone I can in and outside of the city. BK has become a staple in my fitness routine and without it I would not be complete. Love it so much!“

3151 Apex Dr #101C, Charlotte“After major back surgery, my neurosurgeon recommended Pilates. I went to BK Pilates South Park, and had a private session with Catherine (Cathy) . The session was wonderful. I can see why my doctor recommended it. Cathy focused on safety while educating and gently challenging my abilities. I will definitely be back.“

10822 Providence Rd #800, Charlotte“I have been doing Pilates for 7 years and it has transformed my mindset for body strength. Each and every class is different and engages the core in different ways. Every instructor I have taken classes from brings solid expertise and body awareness to teach us PROPER movement to give us the best strength through movement plus protecting us from moving incorrectly preventing injuries. I highly recommend Michelle who actually teaches the Masters Classes - she is patient, knows the technical aspect, and as a student of Pilates I want to move through each series with precision so I get the mind-body connection needed for strength, growth and physical fitness. There is not one instructor I would not take a class from here at South Providence or Strawberry Hill- these instructors are some of the best in the business!!“

2711 Randolph Rd STE 509, Charlotte“Michele is one of the best, if not the best, pilates instructors I have ever had (and I have tried a lot of instructors over the past 10 years). She knows her craft and is passionate about doing right by her clients. She listens and watches, carefully- in order to cater the workout to the client and not the other way around. She is a pro. Don’t hesitate to sign up and try a class. You will be really glad you did.“

“I would give Balanced more than 5 stars if I could. They are all wonderful!
I started, just interested in learning how to use a reformer properly. I had private lessons with both Bridget and Colleen. I found that it was a great supplement to my Medicare paid for PT. They have more time and really make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.
I supplemented the privates with small group classes where Colleen walks around and quietly corrects each of us, making sure that we are in the correct position.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. I call Colleen my god send as she can usually work out any aches and pains that I walk in with.
Thank you to Balanced, I love working with you.“
