Loretta is a very kind and hardworking young lady. Her willingness to help is very impressive. I am fostering 2 dogs that came in total misery. Loretta got them and they became charming and happy. Her staff are very helpful and kind too. Besides her fair prices she works hard to accommodate our needs and emergencies. I am so pleased and glad to have such talented small business in Maggie Valley.
Loretta and Liberty are amazing!! I have a brussels griffon that is notoriously difficult to groom, and they handled him with the utmost care and patience. Not to mention gave him the best haircut he's ever had! So happy to have found them
This is the second time we took our 3 dogs for nail trims. They are extremely kind to the dogs and get them in and out quickly, with NO problems. Each dog has their own personalty and they treat them so calmly that each one comes out a HAPPY dog. They even comb the two with long hair. I am so pleased with them that last month when my daughter visited from SC, she took her two large dogs for nail trims too. She too was extremely empressed. They get a 10+ from us and our fur babies.
