I received an incredible 60 minute Abhyanga treatment from Mitzi at Sundarah's creekside location that was deeply relaxing and left me feeling hydrated, grounded and invigorated for 7 days after. It was my first time receiving this Ayurvedic treatment and I may never go back to regular massage. My skin, hair and digestion loved and appreciated the copious amounts of warm oil and the bodywork protocol. I wasn't overly oily leaving my appointment because my skin happily soaked it all up. As someone who struggles with staying balanced in the cold and dry winter elements, this treatment will definitely be a staple in my self-care routine moving forward. Jeremy gave a phenomenal massage. Anna gave a very relaxing facial. I am a customer for life. The place was very clean and peaceful. It's the perfect place for a day of pampering yourself!

Wow! So glad I found this place in Maggie Valley. I was in much need for some self-care after a big hiking trip and this place was fantastic. I saw Danielle for a foot soak/massage combo and she was awesome. Incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend.
