“I have utilized the services of Gentry on several occasions. Most recently on a Friday evening my plumbing clogged and I exhausted all means to clear without success. The owner, Nick Gentry, answered the call and indicated that all his technicians had left for the night. My 94 year old dad is in my care but I would understand the need to wait till morning. I was upset but would have understood. Nick Gentry did not take that justifiable route. Instead he himself offered to help - he readied himself and travelled 30-40 mins to help me. He not only put himself forward but also worked for 4 hours - sweating in the extreme heat to clear the blockage which revealed to be a 4 feet of pipe clogged solid with what appeared to be wipes and paper towels (my dad has dementia). He was apologetic that he would not be able to clear it as hard as I saw he tried. He returned early next day, Saturday, to work hours again to clear via multiple approaches and expertise. Alas he formulated a new innovated approach and a resolution that would make future problem more readily serviceable. I feel blessed to have had such a righteous, hard working, plumbing specialist with morals and scruples that drive him to come to our aid. As an owner he could readily have stated that he didn’t have the resources but instead dove in and literally got down to business to assist in the difficult and dirty job. Not only was Nick a blessing by way of service, expertise and integrity but also provided the work at an unquestionable price. His business is beyond reproach and I wouldn’t use anyone else for my plumbing needs. I have gotten services and encountered his staff and they were not only plumbing experts but also professions and a pleasure to work with. I will forever be grateful for the services of Nick Gentry and his team. I cannot recommend this business enough! Thank you, Nick, and bless you and your team for the rescue you provided!“

The shower drain was into old cast iron/galvanized pipe which had corroded and started leaking. They cut the old out and replaced it with new PVC and fittings.
