I really appreciate their prompt service with a top notch technician. He answered all my questions and properly diagnosed the problems and didn't overcharge us. He installed new disposal same day, a very nice quality unit. I had him back a 2nd time after my new faucet came in and he was actually able to determine it wasn't needed after taking it apart and he corrected the problem, saving us $$. He gave us options and explained everything. I will certainly call for same plumber next time I need one!
Some tree roots had worked their way into my sewer line. My plumber (who showed up on time and was very professional) dug down to the pipe, got the roots out, and then repaired/replaced the cracked pipe. Three way plumbing saved the day! Great job!
