“The providers here are awesome! They listen to you, meet you where you are at, & then provide the exercises/homework. It is worth the $$. I have been seen & helped with a few different issues over the past few years. They do some manual work if needed, but also prescribe some homework (exercises) to do. I def recommend giving them a shout.“
