“Matt is great at what he does and very knowledgeable. I tweaked my lower back (sacroiliac joint issues) and was in discomfort and feeling extremely vulnerable (like I was going to completely throw my back out doing ordinary tasks) for weeks, and after 3 sessions with Matt I’m feeling great. I would definitely recommend him if your lower back is giving you issues. He not only manually adjusts you, but also teaches you how to rehab yourself and prevent future injuries. Matt is also a cool guy and very easy to talk to which made each of the sessions enjoyable. 5/5, and will certainly be going back if I ever need to (which hopefully will not be the case)!”
