recently did not have a good experience here. Sent my wife here for her birthday and didn’t work out how we plan but I received a call from the owner and he showed us a level of empathy understanding and wanting to make it right that I’ve never experienced in any owner of any company. I’m a business owner myself and just the level of understanding the level of empathy, the level of just wanted to make it right was impeccable and regardless on whether you come here and you have a good or bad experience that alone having someone be the front line of a company and represent this much of excellent customer service that alone is enough to give grace and continue...read full review
