“I would give Balanced more than 5 stars if I could. They are all wonderful!<br><br>I started, just interested in learning how to use a reformer properly. I had private lessons with both Bridget and Colleen. I found that it was a great supplement to my Medicare paid for PT. They have more time and really make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.<br><br>I supplemented the privates with small group classes where Colleen walks around and quietly corrects each of us, making sure that we are in the correct position.<br><br>I can’t recommend them highly enough. I call Colleen my god send as she can usually work out any aches and pains that I walk in with.<br><br>Thank you to Balanced, I love working with you.”

“Matt is great at what he does and very knowledgeable. I tweaked my lower back (sacroiliac joint issues) and was in discomfort and feeling extremely vulnerable (like I was going to completely throw my back out doing ordinary tasks) for weeks, and after 3 sessions with Matt I’m feeling great. I would definitely recommend him if your lower back is giving you issues. He not only manually adjusts you, but also teaches you how to rehab yourself and prevent future injuries. Matt is also a cool guy and very easy to talk to which made each of the sessions enjoyable. 5/5, and will certainly be going back if I ever need to (which hopefully will not be the case)!”
