I always appreciated Dr. Klein and how she would talk about Chance. The last doctor I had for him (elsewhere) always had the most classist conversations how much care I could afford. They understand that people are just doing the best they can, and if we could do more $$ we would do more for our fur babies. First, I love that this is a cat-only facility, so it's quieter, cleaner, and much calmer for our cats than a normal veterinary hospital. The veterinarians and technicians are kind and responsive, even if it's a follow-up phone call. The doctors have always taken the time to explain things in detail, and it's apparent they genuinely love cats. Aside from routine check-ups, they've helped us with medications, surgeries, and, unfortunately, with the loss of one of our cats. “Chris was great! We first reached out to Chris about our pup who was exhibiting leash reactivity. We set up an initial session and Chris told us that our pup might need medication instead! We thought it was very responsible and signaled he knows exactly what he's doing! We since got our pup on medication and after awhile, we thought he still needing training. After just a few sessions, we saw such an improvement! Chris gave us the skills and resources in order to train our pup. Our pup is now thriving! We are able to take him on longer walks and in more locations than before without the fear of losing control of him. “I called them on a Saturday after trying several poison controls that wanted $85-$95 to answer. One question my 45 pound dog ate a 75 mg Lyrica at first they gave me the numbers to poison controls. I called back and explained that they wanted money and how much to answer one question was that dangerous to my dog? Does my dog need to go to an emergency hospital? They are not my vets. My vet is closed and the number they leave is one of the numbers that charges $95 to answer a question which I will be telling Vet about however they were so kind and so sweet the lady I spoke to on the phone I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she did go and ask Dr and no It was not poisonous they do give them to dogs for problems sometimes and it will just make her lethargic however, keep an eye out for an adverse reaction. They did not have to do this as they are not my vet so I would highly recommend taking my animal there if they would go out of the way to help someone who's dogs are not even a patient .“
