“This was the best animal hospital for my fur baby Chance. I had to unexpectedly euthanize him this past Tuesday and they were very kind. I always appreciated Dr. Klein and how she would talk about Chance. The last doctor I had for him (elsewhere) always had the most classist conversations how much care I could afford. I appreciated how I never felt 'less than' as a dog parent because I couldn't afford certain treatments. They understand that people are just doing the best they can, and if we could do more $$ we would do more for our fur babies. I really wish I would've had him here for the entirety of his life, but at least he got the best care in his final years at North Elm.“

“I have been bringing my 13 year old mixed Beagle terrier to Dana before Jeep N Pups opened. I had issues with Angel (my pup) with other groomers prior to this. Dana knew Angel’s breed well and was understanding and patient with her snips, and growling. Angel is getting older and more tense and more anxious. Dana and her team seem to understand this and do everything to make her comfortable. I highly recommend Jeep N’ Pups!“

Alisha is located in an adorable, quaint, immaculate shop nestled on a beautiful, accessible, well maintained, quiet property. Right off the main road. Her cute sign is easy to see! That’s how I found her in the first place. ? It just so happened I was in the area and I stumbled upon her business. So thankful I found her by chance. I had been searching for a new place for my girl for a while after a horrible experience we had with MinX’s past groomer. Within 2 days after I picked her up after her appointment, MinX lost all of her hair and a nasty rash on one side of her belly. ? It was horrible! It was either a dirty tool or expired product that was used on her which led to a crazy skin infection. So, I was a bit scared to try someone new. I was immediately put at ease by Alisha. She is so warm and welcoming. She doesn’t force and very patient. She is gentle, and caring.❤️ My MinX took to her quickly. ? She’s educated, knowledgeable, and I highly trust her with my best friend. She does an amazing job with my big fluff. She will love your baby like her own. 10/10 All the way around. ❤️“

“I took my 3 dogs here for the first time on a recommendation of a neighbor. The staff was very friendly and my dogs looked the best they ever have. One of them can be difficult and they worked with him. I would highly suggest you try them out. Pricing was average but the haircuts was amazing. Also, I don’t know what they bathe them in but the smell lasted over a week.“

“Took my 95 lb labradoodle for a bath, nail trim and deshed. All good! Service was good and Max looked great! Price is on higher side, BUT you get what you pay for, so with more money I’ll have higher expectations and they met them!!

Facility was clean inside at 9 am for our appt time. He was ready by 10:45 am and pick up expectation time is within 30 mins, so don’t dilly dally lol.

All in all, we will be back!“

“Our dog enjoyed his visit. They did a great job deshedding him and he smelled so nice when we picked him up. He must have gotten a lot of love because he came home exhausted and mostly slept the rest of the day. Prices were a bit higher than we are used to paying (just moved to the area).
