I had a heat pump installed 2 weeks ago & I still do not have heat in my home. After several call attempts,Drew was able to resolve my issue. I appreciated his hard work to make sure my heat was working. Kudos to Drew & Hornets heating! May 2023. I turned my air on for the 1st time since installation 4months ago. All I get is hot air. Tried ing/texting Drew & no response by phone or text message! I will not recommend anyone to use this HVAC contractor. Totally unprofessional.Services: HVAC system repair

They installed both my HVAC and water heater. I'm now trying to sell my house, and it looks like they did not have the appropriate permits. When I asked them about it, they keep saying they will get back to me, which has not happened. I told them I wanted to replace my water heater because it was making concerning noises, but when they replaced it, the noises continued. Again, they said they would get back to me, and that never happened.

My home warranty would not cover the replacement of my A/C unit. I have been out of air since Friday and I have a 9 month old baby. I called Drew today asking for a quote and my options. He provided me with the all of my options but mentioned which one would be best. As a first time home owner with little knowledge this was incredibly generous to me and my family. Instead of trying to just get us to spend the most money he had our best interest at heart. Not only did he replace our unit but he did it same day!
