I work with Dawn regularly—who is phenomenal—but I’ve also had sessions with most of the instructors at the studio. Every single one of them is kind, supportive, and deeply knowledgeable.

922 Windy Rd, Apex“A friend recommended Jamie to me two years ago for back pain. I have gone weekly ever since. It has truly been one of the best things for my body. Jamie has been so helpful and patient, and always structures classes based on my needs.
Most recently, I broke my shoulder blade and lost most of the mobility in the joint. I was going to physical therapy without a ton of improvement. I started Pilates again- not being sure if I would be able to do it, but Jamie went above and beyond making sure the classes were easing my shoulder back into it. The mobility in my arm has improved so much that I actually stopped going to physical therapy and decided to do Pilates twice a week.
