“Andy was amazing and super helpful with my shoulder injury. I was experiencing some pain and discomfort after an injury and was consulting different specialties. Andy's insights and recommendations helped clarify the problem move in the right direction. He was kind enough to offer free consultation before any therapy. I would highly recommend him for any PT.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Erin. I had been struggling with sternum pain for four months before I saw her, and by that point I was mentally and physically exhausted from dealing with constant pain. Erin was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me make great progress very quickly. She explains everything clearly, tailors exercises to your specific needs, and follows up promptly after appointments. One of my favorite things she does is record videos of you performing your exercises and add voice-over instructions explaining exactly what you should be doing. That was extremely helpful at home whenever I couldn’t quite remember how an exercise looked or what I was supposed to focus on. I’m very grateful for the care I recieved from Erin, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy.“

“I have a history of lower back pain and have seen multiple PT's over the past 10 years or so. I had limited success at other places, but I was never able to get over my lower back pain. The pain was getting worse so I had an MRI and had to decide on how to proceed. I was recommended to Team Care and Jon from my spine doctor at UNC. Jon was very easy to work with and wanted to know what my preferences were. For example, I personally wanted to avoid surgery so Jon took that into consideration. I also want to remain active like lifting weights and playing basketball. There is no magic solution, but after consistently following Jon's plan for me I am now pain free. Probably more importantly than just being pain free, I better understand why this is happening, how to detect it, and fix it early on. If you are in pain then I recommend you see Jon and commit to the plan.

Also, Dave's awesome. Both Dave's were great, but I am specifically referring to the one that walks on 4 legs.“

“I have had 2 sessions so far with Any and she is fantastic.

She really takes the time to ask what you would like from the sessions and come up with a tailored plan. I can tell she is a true expert in her field and she really cares about my recovery.

I am so glad I found Amy as I have worked with other pelvic floor PTs in the past and Amy has been the best by far.“
