Melanie has been amazing to work with and helped me work through my hip and back issues. I have been a competitive athlete for a very long time and spent years in pain. I tried to manage the pain via chiropractors and other healthcare professionals but she is the first one that tried to address all of the issues from the cause. I had taken a step back from athletics and exercise but with her help I am exercising hard than I have in a long time and feeling the best I have in years!

I was desperate to fix my debilitating back pain and was reluctantly considering surgery before I was treated by Melanie W. at Holly Springs. She is an amazing PT that is truly concerned about her patients well being. She took time to discover and focus on the root cause and was very encouraging throughout the difficult and sometimes painful process. I'm happy to report I'm back to 95% of where I was before and have the exercises to continue and maintain my progress. She's awesome!

I learned a ton from working with Melanie. She helped me identify ways in which I was unnecessarily overusing certain muscle groups. She also taught me exercises for improving engagement and recovery. All of this allowed me to move past some persistent pains that were holding me back and greatly increase the overall intensity of my training.
