We recently contracted with Kimi's Carpets Plus for carpet installation. Our salesman, Jeremy, is very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice and direction. Our scheduler, Jerry, worked with us to schedule the install in a timely manner. Our installers, Jim, Randy, and Reggie were on time, courteous, professional and proficient. Kimi's offers very reasonable pricing, excellent product quality, and outstanding service. We are very pleased with our new carpet installation and highly recommend Kimi's Carpets Plus.

Lindsay came out to our home for the in-house measurements and was wonderful to work with — friendly, patient with all of my questions, and incredibly knowledgeable. Since this was an insurance claim, she went above and beyond by submitting the quote directly to our insurance agency, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. She also walked us through different flooring options and styles when we came into the store, which made picking the right one stress-free.
