Fermin worked wonders on our 48 yo parquet floor. He’s prompt, even contacted us well before Monday morning arrival to confirm, and always kept us informed. Polite and friendly and steered me to his supplier for a piece of trim I fashioned to complement his work.

Fermin was respectful, prompt, and most importantly did a wonderful job refinishing out wood floors. When I called for a quote, he was upfront with cost (which was very reasonable), and did a great job explaining the whole process. He also worked with my schedule to get the job on time.
