Our three quarter inch hardwood floor had seen lots of traffic and use over 25 years. Thanks to Rod's sand and finish it looks like we have a brand new floor. We had gouges and dark spots and gaps and raised wood grain. It's all perfectly smooth, finished and beautiful now. Very happy with the finish quality.
Fermin was great to work with and provided excellent results at a fraction of the cost of other flooring service companies. I highly recommend him for anyone who is considering work on their hardwood floors.
Fermin was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He provided an estimate on the spot, was flexible with our schedule, and showed up promptly as promised. His professionalism and craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our beautifully refinished floors—they look amazing!
