“I've always had the best care at Carolina Family Vision. Since they opened in Holly Springs, I've used them for my family's eye care. Even though I now live in Pittsboro, I still make the drive to continue receiving their excellent service. When I arrive on time for our appointments, they're ready and I don't have to sit around waiting. The time spent in the exam is efficient but so much so that I feel I'm being rushed through. If I have a question or concern, all the time needed to address it is taken. I'll add, too, that the pricing with our insurance is very agreeable. The ladies at the front desk do their best to ensure I'm taking full advantage of the benefits available through my plan while at the same time never seeming like they're trying to upsell me on services I don't really need. Great service, kind staff, good prices... Why go anywhere else?“

She was professional, empathetic, caring, and really went above and beyond patient care. After I left, she even called me to see how I was feeling. “Dr. O'Neal has been my optometrist for more than 20 years. Always the best of care from vision testing and glasses, laser surgery to prevent closed angle glaucoma, and most recently cataract surgery. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my cataract surgery. My vision has been restored to the point that glasses are optional and only needed to read the smallest of print. My night vision has been improved immensely with the removal of the cataracts and ability to drive without glasses. The staff are always professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. O'Neal and the Cary Eye Center“

Never seen such a place that serves the patient so well. Highly recommend. And Dr. Samuels is a great doctor and has great personable skills. Some doctors I’ve been to can barely keep a conversation. This was not the case with Dr. Samuels. Great person and great doctor! Definitely going to keep coming here when I need new glasses or have another emergency. “Triangle Visions @ Apex sets the bar really high for any optometrist office. The facility is sparkling clean yet it feels welcoming and cozy. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've seen nothing but smiling faces from the reception desk to Dr. Bass himself! They are prompt to invite you in and make you feel right away like they've been expecting you to visit. They went through great lengths to accommodate me and Meghan (OPTICAL) was so thorough in her measuring session that I just realized how carelessly I've been treated at every other optometrist practice I've been to before. I just picked up my new glasses after only over a week of ordering and I couldn't be any happier. Big shout out to Tiffany, Blake, Jessica and Meghan who even sent me home with a bag of goodies!
