RICARDO!!! At the Beaver Creek location. I walked in frazzled and short on time, knowing nothing about lenses. I told him what my issues are day to day with my eyesight (beyond just the prescription). It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable that they can jump right in with that kind of efficiency — no upselling, no confusion, just understanding/expertise in motion. He asked the right questions, explained things clearly as he went, and made recommendations that hit the mark on everything he understood I needed (even tho I didn’t). Update to my review- Deborah the area manager contacted me because of the horrible Customer Service experience I had. She Apologized many times for the poor service that I received and was also shocked that I was treated that way by the store manager. I really appreciate her reaching out to me and have adjusted my review because of the great service that I received from Deborah.

Service was fast for a very last minute appointment! The Dr was great the staff up front were all kind and helpful! I had a great experience. I wanted to add, I was not pressured into any up sales. I went in knowing what I needed right now. The Dr. examined and agreed with me, and the staff helped me purchase exactly what I needed at the exact price that got me in the door, as advertised. I even purchased an extra pair on glasses (making 3 total) with the eye exam and spent only $118! Five stars all day!!!!
