We've been patients at JOA for many years and have never had a bad experience.Just recently had my yearly exam with Dr. May.His technician was excellent - thorough, pleasant demeanor.Dr. May has always been thorough and patient. He has a very easy going personality and takes the time to explain all aspects of my eye exam.
Dr. Martin is a caring, compassionate and skilled practitioner. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He "went the extra mile" to help me with my issues. The office staff are also compassionate and very helpful/attentive. I highly recommend this practice.
To see them about a year ago for an emergency. Visited the urgent care for what I perceived to be something inside my eye, however, they were unable to help me and referred me to Johnson. Did a thorough I exam and determined that I had a large cyst under my eyelid which was oozing. Even though their clinic was packed, they dropped everything to provide me with top-notch care. I am so thankful to the staff and doctors at Johnson Optometric for the wonderful medical attention that they provided to me.
