Coach Jorge was the man, he kept the class moving at a good pace, helped me clean up my sweaty spot and then even DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT! What a stud! That’s what this CrossFit community should be all about y’all! If you’re ever dropping in on Asheville, get to Summit. If you ever need a ride to the airport after a workout at Covalence in Louisville, holler at me and I’ll gladly pay it forward!“

“My maid of honor planned a fitness class for my bachelorette party here in February 2023 and we had the BEST time! It was a great full body workout, the staff was extremely kind, and made everyone feel really special. They had champagne, cupcakes, flowers for me, and a bride headband. “Tim is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer who takes a multiple-disciplinary approach to fitness. I train with Tim primarily in powerlifting, however we work with several training styles during the season to help expand my range as an athlete and increase my power and strength under the bar both mentally and physically. I have seen dramatic improvement working with Tim. I approached him after several years of self-taught training which resulted in plateau struggles with physique and strength goals. He works within the athlete's abilities but he is not afraid to push so you can reach your goals. Expect to be met with a healthy challenge, and you won't be disappointed with the results.
