Summit Crossfit South is a well-equipped and spacious gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are attentive, offering encouragement and proper technique guidance, even to first-time visitors. The gym is clean and well-maintained, with high-quality equipment from brands like C2 and Rogue. Customers praise the genuine nature of the owners and coaches, as well as the great coaching and overall enjoyable experience, making it a favorite among drop-ins.
Had a blast dropping in at this box today. People were super friendly, gym was clean and equipment was in good shape. Coach Jorge was the man, he kept the class moving at a good pace, helped me clean up my sweaty spot and then even DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT! What a stud! That’s what this CrossFit community should be all about y’all! If you’re ever dropping in on Asheville, get to Summit. If you ever need a ride to the airport after a workout at Covalence in Louisville, holler at me and I’ll gladly pay it forward!

Top notch facility and crew. Very welcoming and professional… personal and fun. Tons of workout options… CrossFit as well as HITT Classes. Make the commitment, you won’t regret it.

I've been to 25+ different CrossFit gyms across the US and Summit South is by far one of the best ones. The facility is extremely clean and organized, the coaching is fantastic, and they've found the perfect balance between a competitive atmosphere and a friendly, welcoming community. Can't recommend this gym enough!
