“I started going to movement for Life because of an illness that required radiation therapy. I have suffered for years with neck pain, swallowing issues and not being able to open my mouth more than 2 centimeters. These issues have been enormous obstacles. They affect your quality of life. My doctor recommended this facility to help me. I have been going for ~two months. The improvement I have experienced has been phenomenal. My therapist, Alina is amazing. She is compassionate, understanding and makes sure my exercises coincide with my needs. I can share a recent example of how my life has changed positively since I started going here. I was able to eat a prepared sandwich from a local restaurant recently. In the past I would have ordered soup instead. In addition, it is a very friendly atmosphere. Lydia and the rest of the staff are professional and easy to work with your appointment scheduling.
