Her toolbox of offerings spans several specialties from traditional body work to the Neubie. Frequently, she addresses muscle tension that can lead to neck pain and headaches for me if left unaddressed. I am thankful for the PT she provides.“

“The pool is tiny and difficult to book but great for PT. The gym and locker rooms are small but very nice and PT friendly. I’ve had very mixed results with therapists. They charge a LOT. If you have insurance it’s okay, but wow. I don’t know how the insurance companies pay that much for a couple of exercises with no access to the gym. I don’t think I’d go there for PT unless I needed aquatic therapy.“
