Movement for Life is excellent. It is1 therapist taking care of 1 patient, not 2,3 or 4. My therapist, Serena is fantastic. She knows exactly when I need to be pushed and when I've had enough. I would recommend Movement for Life to anyone needing physical therapy.
I have had a great experience here! The first place I’ve been where the exercises they gave me got rid of the pain from a pinched nerve instead of marking it worse. Working on back pain now and a 50 year problem is getting better! They are careful to check how the exercises feel and suggest alternatives if they are causing other problems. I DO NOT LIKE TO EXERCISE in any way, but these are doable -even for me- and the steady improvement in pain level is enough motivation to keep on doing them at home. Everyone I’ve met there has been very friendly and goes out of their way to make all of us feel welcome.
