He was in major pain and discomfort, they were not able to remove his tooth based on his situation, but they treated him like he was a family member. Aisha was so helpful to find my son another appointment to get his tooth removed even helping him with getting food at local shake place to a prescription filled at the CVS up the street. Then to the Doctor Gaitens walking him through the process and explaining the best options to helping him with his issue. Making calls to other oral surgeons trying to help him. NOT sure how many people can be happy without really taking care of his problem, but this group was outstanding. Sometimes in life it's about the people who are just kind and helpful when someone is in need, this group went way above and beyond. I'd give this group 20 stars, if possible....“

My initial call to make an appointment during the 4th of July holiday with a very bad toothache I was greeted with patience and sensitivity. They were able to get me in on the next Tuesday. The process of filling out my patient forms online was not complicated..ie easy process. The text message appointment reminders were also good for me. Customer service in the office was pleasant, friendly, and refreshing. My previous dentist office experience wasn't nice. Very detailed exam with allowed time for me to ask any questions that I may have had.“
