Amanda and Dr McKenzie took great care of me today! I haven’t always had good experiences with dentists, but I felt informed and well taken care of during my visit! I am new to the area and glad I close this office to come to! This was my first visit to this Lane and Associates. I have been to other locations in the past. I have my treatment plan and I am excited for the future of my teeth!
Went in today for a tooth extraction that was bothering me for weeks. I was literally in tears when I went in. Once I was greeted and called back by Tamesha (sorry if I spelled wrong) my nerves got better I have had a bad experience with a dentist so I was nervous. She talked me through every step of the way and held my hand during extraction!!! Thank you Lane & Associates for helping Take this pain away!
All the staff are all friendly they explain all the billing information for you so no confusion! Alex is a great dentist he explains everything he does and makes you feel comfortable!
