It was great to visit a dentist where my well being was of top priority. I have been to so many dentists that made me feel like my teeth are only a gold mine. With Dr. Nickelson, I felt like a real person with real financial constraints and real feelings. I only needed to come in to have a crown recemented, but I received the treatment quickly and for a great cost. Every other dentist I had gone to before with a detached crown has tried to scare me into returning to there office to have more work done. There were no scare tactics here. I also appreciate the transparency of cost with this office. That is something that I feel is so rare nowadays. I will be gleefully returning to this office for the rest of my dental work.“

“We were referred here for My oldest daughter when she was 2. She needed oral surgery and really had a long road ahead of her getting her oral health normal (due to hereditary problems).They treated my baby with the most gentile, sweet and compassionate manner. My baby is now 8, and you would never know what she had gone through as a baby. She doesn't remember a thing and now LOVES to visit the dentist!I have 3 little girls now who come here.They are very thorough and explain everything to the little ones so they don't get scared. They are the most kindest and patient pediatric or any dentists I have ever been to.I'm very thankful to be able to bring my little ones here!“

“I have been meaning to leave Dr. Saib a review for like 10 years. He is an outstanding cosmetic dentist. I had four veneers done at his practice 10+ years ago and the experience has been amazing. No complaints at all - time-proven, quality work. People have been complimenting my teeth for years, and seemingly no one has any idea I have veneers - exactly the job we aimed to accomplish during our consultation sessions.In terms of the experience, Dr. Saib is a deeply knowledgeable and trusted partner, has a ton of empathy for his patients, and is meticulous with his craft. Even 10 years after the procedure, he still replied to my texts and sent me my files for an urgent emergency procedure in another state. I cannot recommend him enough. I did a tour of doctors in the CH/Raleigh area when I lived there, and he is the best, most empathetic dental doctor, full stop. Go see him.“

“I was very impressed with my appointment with Dr. Matthews. While he could have said my issues were severe enough for surgery, he advised in fact, they were not. I really appreciated his honesty.What I'm not AT ALL happy about is the fact that a gentleman working very closely with Dr. Matthews in trying to assist my getting in to see the Dr. as soon as possible, left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.This man (whom I believe to be a scheduler) advised my Primary Care Physician that (I suppose in his mind) could have done more to help myself. I ask you, if you had seen your Primary Care Physician 2x's, her PA 2x's, your regular dentist once, a renowned TMJ Specialist 2x's, your optometrist 2x's, your ophthalmologist 2x's, the UNC TMJ Surgeon, AND another TMJ specialist once in a matter of 16 weeks (that's a total of THIRTEEN appointments). I have to ask, what more could this person have expected me to do? All this in addition to 16 prescriptions - really??? I could help myself a little more?This is extremely unprofessional to say the least not to mention incredibly inaccurate. Why would a person - working in a major facility of such magnitude - lower himself to expressing such a thought to my Primary Care Physician?? Did he think she wouldn't tell me?Dr. Matthews, you need to have a sincere heart to heart with one of your staff members and if you need his name, I'll be happy to oblige.“
