Everything went well except when I went in for my visit at the desk the receptionist asked me a few questions and that I needed to fill out question form. I then told her that I had filled all of that online and she then told me that she couldn't find it so I had to fill all of it out again. But everyone was nice there and they gave me a thorough exam.
I absolutely love Aspen in Mebane. I initially went to them in an emergent situation but have returned due to the awesome staff and service. Love my girls there... from Jade and her compassionate and vibrant personality, to Dr. T (shout out to a truly caring dentist), to Alissa as well as all the support staff who make a dental appointment MUCH less scary! Had to see a substitute dentist because Dr T was out of office, but he was absolutely amazing. No words... I hate dental appts but Aspen in Mebane has made a huge difference in my hesitation to go to the dentist.

Hailey, the dental assistant, was so calming and reassuring, and Tosha, the hygienist, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Thompson was absolutely amazing. she took time to explain everything, checked in with me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
Dawn at the front desk was incredibly patient with me and so kind when I was nervous, which honestly meant a lot. Alyssa made scheduling and payment an absolute breeze and was super helpful as well.
