I do feel they really care about your animal. Pricing is transparent and they don’t scare you into paying for crap you don’t need. They have beautiful art in the room, a mural in the lobby, friendly smiles, and energy oh yeah and coffee in the lobby!!! Which is so nice when you have an early appointment and needed the caffeine! My dog hates going to the vet in general because she had major anxiety but she love loves everyone there. The nurses or vet techs are all so patient and kind with her. I really can’t say enough…I love this place. I’ve been to 3 of their locations around Raleigh and S Saunders is our favorite and Person street is a close 2nd. I’d suggest anyone with an animal check this place out!!“

“Woke up to my dogs face swollen on one side and I was FREAKED OUT> Newish to the area and had no idea where to go. Thanks to NextDoor - I saw 2 recommendations that stood out. I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!“

I truly believe Vetco and Dr. Shannon Raboin saved my baby’s life. During the week of Thanksgiving, my 3 year old dog Nola was diagnosed with pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection. She had lost 10 pounds, was withdrawn, had no appetite, and I knew in my heart something was wrong.

We were told she needed emergency surgery. Even though it was the day after the holidays, the Vetco team came in on their day off just to operate on her. That alone meant everything to me as a terrified dog mom. Dr. Raboin was compassionate, patient, and treated Nola like she was his own. I never once felt rushed or dismissed.

The vet later told us if we had waited any longer, she would not have made it through the weekend. Hearing that broke me, but knowing this team acted quickly and with so much care is something I will never forget. Seeing Nola afterward, still groggy from anesthesia but wagging and happy to see us, was a moment I will hold onto forever.

This experience was emotional, scary, and overwhelming, but Vetco made it bearable. Because of Dr. Raboin and his team, my girl is here, healed, running, and back to being herself. I am beyond grateful. If you are ever faced with an emergency and need a team that truly cares, this is the place you want your baby to be.

“My dog was not potty trained, could not walk on a leash, had never been outside, had no social skills because had been used as a stud dog for 6 years. In 3 weeks time , my dog was potty trained, walked on a leash,and was socialized . I am so grateful for the progress my dog made in a short period of time. I highly recommend Tim at Bordeaux canine.
