Petsense located in Clayton is a more reasonable approach to pet care and supplies than many of the well known retailers.We come here primarily for dog grooming. Dog owners know that good groomers are hard to find. At this Pet Sense location the groomers are kind and courteous to your pet and provide serviceable grooming skills. As they become more familiar with your pet they are able to help you refine the look you are hoping achieve with your pet.I will try to post before and after full body pics after our next visit.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to see if they had the brand of wet food we get. Sarah let us know they don’t see the brand and helped recommend some better options. She went above and beyond to help further educate us on cat food as there’s so many opinions out there. She not only pointed out a few brands but talked to us for about 15-20min about each one and what to avoid when looking at ingredients and would even go searching for certain items. She really took the time to help us out and I’m proud of say our cats so far have LOVED two of her recommendations! We’ll definitely be going back to Petsense.

The young man working when I was there was very helpful, he took me right to what I was looking for, and even reminded me that this was a Tractor Supply Company so I could use my account for rewards! We also looked at the cats, and he seemed very knowledgeable about those up for adoption. 10 out of 10 for Friendliness of staff, and customer service. That young man should be promoted ahead of his peers, and possibly even his superiors!
