“I have been using these company for about 4 years now I think. I purchase a 3 ton train unit and had problem with part of the unit in the attic after a year they came out with no questions ask and found the problem and had to replace the whole unit in the attic with NO cost I can say they have the best after the service sale you can ask for. You call them and they will be there . I rather pay a little more and still know that I will have a good service after I purchase something.“

“Dustin, is amazing, Friendly, and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions even if they did not pertain to the job. Plus a free 5 year warranty on the work. Him and another guy (i forgot his name😅) redid our whole drainage system. Also replaced our water heater when they found a leak. Showed pictures of everything that needed done to prove he was not up selling us. I am going to call this company again to install air vents in my kitchen and bathroom!!!!“

“I called Honest Air to give me a quote for replacing my HVAC system, after being scared into think my system was faulty by Blanton's. Blanton's quoted me $15K, for one unit. I wanted to get multiple quotes for competitive pricing.

Honest Air came out the next day to inspect. I explained to them the issues Blanton's pointed out, and they inspected the systems. They didn't identify any of those issues, and said my system was working perfectly fine. They took me outside to show me exactly what they were talking about. They pointed out where the maintenance was not completed by Blanton's, with lots of dirt still in the system. The issue with the heating exchange that Blanton's told me needed to be replaced ASAP for $7K is actually under a 20 year warranty, which Honest Air identified immediately.

Overall, the team told me I don't need a new system right now. Honest Air could have easily came out, just gave me a quote, and received somewhere around $20K for 2 units - taken advantage of an opportunity. Instead, they inspected and they said my unit was functioning fine. They were knowledgeable and professional. They were kind to me and my dog (who was excited to greet them). They thoroughly explained their reasoning for services and what they could do in the future. And they didn't even charge me for coming out that day.

Their professionalism, knowledge, and overall attitude is why I will use them in the future for any issues or installs, and share their information with everyone I know.“
