“I don’t usually do reviews, and honestly was very nervous at first since my husband and I live in a different state and my mom lives all on her own and needed it done. We did extensive research and decided to go with Bass Air. Boy are we glad we did! The nice gentleman with the beard was so great(honestly once we saw that we knew she was in great hands.. if a man can grow a beard like that he will for sure care for the work he does, cause you aren’t forgetting a beard like that!!), he communicated with my mom and was kind enough to talk us through it over face time in a respectful manner. It got done quickly and the pricing wasn’t a rip off. Thank you Bass Air for having workers that care about their job, and getting it done right!! 10/10 recommend.”

“We had a plumbing issue here at The Hearing Center, Inc in Fayetteville, NC approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago and called Haire Plumbing for assistance. A pipe in the upstairs restroom was leaking. I called and spoke to Michelle and Sherry to get someone to come out. Both Michelle and Sherry were just as nice as they could be over the phone - excellent customer service!! They did try to send someone same day, but unfortunately, they were booked completely, so they sent Dan Brookshire out the very next morning. Apparently Dan has been with Haire Plumbing for around 8 years and I must say, they have a gem with this guy! He was so polite, respectful, knowledgeable about his job and even cleaned up the small mess that he had to make to fix the problem! We are so very pleased with the entire experience with Haire Plumbing and would highly recommend them again to anyone that needs any of the services they provide.
