Caleb showed up on time and was able to get my unit running within 15 minutes! He did a thorough evaluation of my outside and inside unit. Checked on my warranties and gave me recommendations for repairs that will be needed. He was very informative and personable. Javier has been a true professional for me. We have used Javier/Air Pro for about 5 years now, and he has saved us thousands in potential fraudulent charges. He replaced a unit at my rental property five years ago, and is the only person that I trust to work on the unit. When my property manager sent out another local company, they quoted complete compressor replacement, but we called Javier/Air Pro to get a better understanding and he discovered that the other company had set up the unit to operate in a manner that would provide negative feedback.
