Mike and his tech were wonderful. Would use services again. He identified the problem quickly and taught me how to keep the issue from happening again. He crawled through tight spaces in the attic to get the job done - which was a feat in itself.One final icing on the cake: His tech was very respectful and polite. This is the best HVAC repair service in Fayetteville. I've had them come to my own home and to rental properties I own. They tell the truth and really go the extra mile to help you. They are willing to actually fix units instead of just trying to use the opportunity to pitch you on an expensive new system like a company I called before I found them. Their prices are always very fair, and less than the big companies who have to overcharge just to pay for all their advertisements. They really care about their customers and I'm very glad to have found them and can't recommend them enough.
