Mike and his tech were wonderful. Would use services again. He identified the problem quickly and taught me how to keep the issue from happening again. He crawled through tight spaces in the attic to get the job done - which was a feat in itself. One final icing on the cake: His tech was very respectful and polite. He didn't want to walk through my house without me giving him the okay or accompanying him. I thought he was extremely kind and professional.Service: AC repair
This is the best HVAC repair service in Fayetteville. I've had them come to my own home and to rental properties I own. They tell the truth and really go the extra mile to help you. They are willing to actually fix units instead of just trying to use the opportunity to pitch you on an expensive new system like a company I called before I found them. Their prices are always very fair, and less than the big companies who have to overcharge just to pay for all their advertisements. They really care about their customers and I'm very glad to have found them and can't recommend them enough.
INTEGRITY... A/C Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They are recommend if you're looking for an assessment of what you may need and what you don't need. Their explanation detailed how to address my problem cost effectively, however, there was a communication problem between us and I went with a different company.
