Blackwell came over and resolved our AC issues so promptly on the hottest day of the year. Took the time to thoroughly research, replace and test our unit to make sure our home would be comfortably cool! Kudos to Travis, diligent and knowledgeable, delivered exactly what he said he could. Our A/C unit went out at 10 on a Sunday night. I had called 5-6 other places, and only Blackwell returned my phone call within minutes of my voicemail. As a matter of fact, the owner himself called me back. (The others still have not returned my call.)At 8 1/2 months pregnant, I needed the unit repaired immediately. The owner scheduled me for first appointment in the morning, and the technician was here by 8:30 on Monday morning.The technician was timely, thorough, friendly, and professional.
