Years ago before we used Blackwell Heating and Air, we had a medical emergency with one of my boys with carbon monoxide. I wanted an opinion from a new HVAC company. Mr. Blackwell came out himself and was extremely thorough in evaluating our system for safety.
I now have them come out twice a year for seasonal maintenance and I think the value is well worth the expense.

Called yesterday evening since my AC seemed to be out. Blackwell was recommended by my cousin. I talked to answering service and told them it could wait until morning. Got a call first thing from Blackwell. Service technicians Derrick and Carlos showed up and we're great! I would definitely recommend Blackwell and use them again.
