Tech was friendly, but work was not great. He left a sticky mess in places, did not successfully place the outside dryer vent on securely so that when the heat came out of it the sticky stuff just melted away, and he did not check on with us at all upon competing work!
He didn't find any problems that Pro Air found, no parts need to be replaced and no maintenance like Pro Air said it needed. I don't know if I believe Bell Cow or Pro Air to be honest.
I contacted this company to get an estimate concerning possible work needing to be completed on the plumbing system in my home. The technician was so pleasant and quite knowledgeable. He took time to answer each question that I had. I plan to definitely call this company again in the very near future for optional upgrades, and needed repair. These guys are awesome!
