I purchase a 3 ton train unit and had problem with part of the unit in the attic after a year they came out with no questions ask and found the problem and had to replace the whole unit in the attic with NO cost I can say they have the best after the service sale you can ask for. You call them and they will be there . I rather pay a little more and still know that I will have a good service after I purchase something.“
