“I am very pleased and highly recommend working with Blue Planet Plumbing.We purchased a 24yr old home in Hedersonville and called Blue Planet Plumbing come out and give me a price for installing a new gas hot water heater, replacing the 15yr old one. I was very pleased with their rep, and how thorough he was on the work to be done, and about additional items that I was not aware of. These items were best to be replace at the same time to alleviate the problem of adding new, and reusing some of the old pieces. We got the proposal before Rep left, and after about 1.5 weeks he never returned a response to answer a few questions we had. So I wrote a review describing my appointment.With in a day the owner called me and apologized for the slip up, and address our issues and reprice our project according to our changes. Though their cost was a little more that the other companies we consider, we actually received about $450.00 more in value of what was being replaced than the others, and there was nothing being reused from our old system.“

“Our boiler stopped firing suddenly a on a sunday evening and we had frigid cold weather coming, like lows in the single digits. Our home would be uninhabitable. I called like 7 places in the area and apparently no one works on boilers anymore. Finally on the 8th call I found AC williams. They were able to squeeze me in that same day. I believe the tech's name was Dale, and he got here, diagnosed it immediately, and went to work to cleaning out the boiler. It was a mess in there, as he did that he discovered several other issues(its a 30 yr old boiler, which I and the previous owner, neglected to maintain) and fixed them all. Within a few hours he had it up and running again.Then unfortunately, that evening we heard it struggling to run again, It stayed on and kept heating, but it was rumbling. Dale came out again, about 30 minutes after I talked with them, figured out the issue, fixed it, free of charge, and now it's been running solid ever since.This place is definitely my go to now for any boiler issues in the future.Unfortunately, they do not come cheap(160/hr labor), but i guess when you're the only show in town you get to set your rate. But I'd definitely recommend them and hire them again. Especially after they came back the next day free of charge to get it right.“

“I have used TP Howard several times. They always show up and have done a great job for me. They did a very complex install on a tankless water heater in my unusual house. They have fixed leaks where I had water dripping from the ceiling. And they just installed new copper strainers in my copper sinks, fixed a toilet and a leak coming from my dishwasher. I would definitely recommend.“
