“Pike did an absolutely excellent job adjusting and repairing our mini split unit. The technician was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the situation. He was here for hours and we are very grateful for his work and his talent and knowledge. This young man from Madison County NC is a genuine gem; a one of a kind talent. He's such a pleasant man and you like him from the moment you meet him. Pike is blessed to have him!”
“Excellent septic draining service. Communicative. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Answered all my questions and explained what they were doing as they were doing it, which I liked. Put the yard back together nicely where they dug and cleaned up everything quickly when finished. Even scooped some bear poop out of my yard and pointed out/marked a yellow jackets nest for me. Went above and beyond. Will definitely use again and recommend them to others. Really nice people, great/easy to work with.”
